We offer a variety of fitness and dance classes both online and in person and are based in West Mainland Orkney. The "ODAF Crew" are a welcoming and friendly community of ages, shapes and sizes passionate about getting everyone moving regardless of experience or fitness level.
We offer memberships or pay as you go options and run classes all year round and social events such as social cafes, lunches and Christmas parties.
Classes currently include children's classes, seated exercise, Parkinson's fitness classes, dance fitness, rebounding, resistance classes, Bodytone classes, Pilates and Floorbarre.
